Chef Tim Wasylko is a profoundly creative, innovative and passionate chef with a wide range of experience. He has exceptionally high standards when it comes to the quality and professional level of his craft. Currently working as a Chef Instructor with Algonquin College and has worked with Fairmont Hotels, The National Arts Centre, Canadian Military, and Foreign Affairs and International Trade, to name a few.
